A mile marker has been met.
20 bends on the 220lb / 100kg Bender Bar—the so-called “unbendable.”
MAXIMUM output.
I cannot overstate the role of the Qigong / Neigong work I’ve committed to. This is energy work at the highest level—effective to the point that the training appears almost deceptive from the outside.
Tension-free.
Exceptionally soft.
Focused on releasing tissue and nerve pathways, tracing and reconnecting meridian lines, restoring continuity across the system.
Just restoration and integration.
Paired with only two heavy exercises per week, the result is undeniable:
- Stronger
- More flexible
- Healthier
- Pain-free
And continuing to improve.
These methods are not public. I spent nearly 20 years petitioning for entry into this Daoist lineage. Access was earned. It will be protected.
This tradition remains within my Temple.
