Now it’s your turn. —Kevin Wikse Industrial Strength Bastardry A mile marker has been met. 20 bends on the 220lb / 100kg Bender Bar —the so-called “unbendable.” MAXIMUM output. I cannot overstate the role of the Qigong / Neigong work I’ve committed to. This is energy work at the highest level—effective to the point that the training appears almost deceptive from the outside. Tension-free. Exceptionally soft.
